How do I get an authorization letter from the insurer?
Report the claim at the claims centre of the insurer that provides the vehicle's Casco cover. When you report it, say that you want the repair done at the approved repairer Agron Service, 28 Lyuben Karavelov St., Benkovski district, Sofia. Once you receive the authorization letter, call +359 2 936 7344 or send an online request so we can arrange a day and time for drop-off.
Can I ask the insurer to send me to your workshop?
Yes. Every customer with Casco cover may choose a workshop from the list of repairers the insurer has a contract with.
Which documents from the insurer do I need for the repair?
Two documents: the damage report and the authorization letter. The damage report lists the repair work, and with the authorization letter the insurer commissions the repair from the chosen workshop.
When do I have to pay extra for an accident repair?
If your policy has a deductible (excess). The insurer states it in the authorization letter, under “Remarks”, as a percentage or as a description of the parts it will not cover. The deductible can also be applied at the estimate stage – in that case we will let you know in good time.
What is the pick-up and delivery service?
An authorised member of our staff comes to you, takes over the vehicle and your order, and after the repair returns the vehicle to an address you choose within Sofia.
