What data we process
- Contact details: name, phone, email, address for vehicle pick-up.
- Vehicle details: registration number, VIN, make, model, year, mileage.
- Insurance claim details: insurer, claim number, photos of the damage.
- For companies: company name and company ID.
What we use it for
- To process the request, arrange an appointment and carry out the repair – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To communicate with the insurer about the claim – legitimate interest and performance of a contract.
- To remind you about your next service – only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- For accounting and tax purposes – legal obligation.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the repair and the warranty period, and for the periods required by accounting and tax legislation.
Who we share it with
The insurer handling the claim, parts suppliers where necessary, and public authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg). To exercise your rights, write to office@agronservice.bg.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Only your chosen theme (light or dark) is stored in your browser. The map on the “Contact” page is loaded from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Visitor statistics
For aggregated statistics (number of visits, most visited pages, where visitors come from, device type) we use Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track visitors across websites. IP addresses are not stored – they are only used to generate an anonymous identifier that is deleted every 24 hours. Plausible is open-source software installed on a server in Bulgaria, maintained on behalf of Агрон Сервиз ЕООД by Broker Insight Holding AD. The data is not shared with third parties.
