Hauliers' questions
Do you repair trucks, tractor units and trailers after damage?
Yes. We repair trucks, tractor units, trailers and semi-trailers after road accidents and other damage – under Casco, the at-fault driver's MTPL or at the owner's cost.
Do you work with insurers on claims for commercial vehicles?
Yes. The procedure is the same as for cars: the claim is reported to the insurer, which issues a damage report and an authorization letter, and we prepare an estimate for approval. We help with reporting the claim and with communication with the insurer.
Which documents are needed for a claim on a commercial vehicle?
The insurer's damage report and authorization letter, the registration certificate and, after a road accident, a police report or a joint accident report. If the vehicle is leased, documents from the leasing company may also be required.
The truck is leased. What do I need to know?
With leasing, the leasing company owns the vehicle. The insurer may require its consent for the repair or pay the compensation to it. Tell us when you send the request and we will help with the documents.
How long will the truck stay at the workshop?
It depends on the scope of the repair and on parts delivery – truck parts often have to be ordered. After the inspection you receive an estimate and an indicative schedule so you can plan your routes. You can ask about the status online with just the registration number.
Can we leave only the trailer while the tractor unit keeps working?
Yes. The trailer or semi-trailer can stay for repair on its own while the tractor unit continues its routes.
The tractor unit cannot be driven. Can you bring it to the workshop?
Yes. Call +359 886 434 910 and we will arrange heavy towing to the workshop. In the online request you can note that the vehicle cannot be driven.
Do you offer fleet service contracts?
Yes. For transport companies we offer fleet servicing with consolidated reporting and invoicing, as well as support with claims in dealings with insurers and leasing companies.
